Second Serve Balls is a small Miami business that collects used tennis and padel balls from clubs and supplies them to dog businesses and dog owners. This page explains what information we collect through secondserveballs.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, business or club name, email, phone number, and details like number of courts or how many balls you use per month.
- Basic visit statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
Only to reply to your request: setting up a bin at your club, preparing an order or sample box, arranging delivery or pickup, and following up about that. We don't send marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Formspree, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both handle the data only to provide those services. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
As long as we're working together or need it to answer your request. Ask us at any time and we'll delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing [email protected] or calling (305) 335-7804.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
